Limited liability and indemnity
Last updated 6 September 2026.
What we do not limit
Nothing on this page excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. It does not limit the guarantees given by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which cannot be contracted out of on a consumer sale, and it does not limit your rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986.
What we do limit
Outside the paragraph above, our total liability for any order is capped at the price you paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or business, or for loss that was not foreseeable when you ordered.
The page this store published before capped ALL liability at $97 and named no company at all. Both are corrected here. A cap set below what a customer has actually paid is not a cap this shop is willing to publish.
Using what we sell
Pig ears are a complementary treat rather than a meal, and they are high in fat. Give one under supervision and take it away once it is small enough to swallow. If your dog has a sensitive stomach, or you are unsure whether a chew suits your dog, ask your vet before you start. We make no health, veterinary, dental or nutritional claim for anything sold here.
The plush toy is a toy, not a chew. A determined chewer will get through it. Take it away once a seam opens or the squeaker is exposed.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of the site or the goods in a way these terms or the product's own guidance do not describe, or from your breach of these terms.
Delivery delays
We are not liable for a carrier's delay once a parcel has left us, but we will chase it with you. If we cannot ship in the time we told you, or within 30 days where no time was given, you can agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.
